April 23, 2026: Please Volunteer to Make the Glendale Home and Garden Tour a Success!

The Glendale Historical Society is seeking volunteers to help with the Glendale Garden & Home Tour that will take place on Sunday, June 7 from 1 to 5 p.m.  Nine lovely properties reflecting the history, beauty, and architectural diversity of Glendale will be showcased on the tour.   

We are seeking assistance with delivering flyers around Glendale neighborhoods in May in advance of the event, as well as assistance in selling and collecting tickets on June 7.

If you could help distribute flyers in your neighborhood while getting your daily steps, please consider helping out at your convenience in the weeks leading up to the tour.  On the day of the tour, we need volunteers to sell tickets at The Glendale Grind, as well as to check tickets at each of the featured houses.  We are asking that volunteers work a two-hour shift from 1-3 or from 3-5 that day.  Each volunteer, whether distributing flyers or assisting on the tour day, will be given a free tour ticket (a $20 value) to use on June 7.
