May 7, 2026: Tickets Are on Sale for the Glendale Home & Garden Tour

Tickets for the upcoming Glendale Garden & Home Tour are now on sale at the Glendale Grind (421 N. Sappington Road) until Sunday, June 7, the day of the tour. Nine lovely properties reflecting the history, beauty, and architectural diversity of Glendale will be showcased on the tour.

Tickets are $20 in advance.  On the day of the tour, tickets will also be on sale at the Glendale Grind for $25.  Cash, checks, and Venmo are accepted.

This event will benefit the Glendale Historical Society and its on-going work to preserve and celebrate our hometown’s vibrant history. Funds raised through the tour will primarily support the GHS website and the purchase of materials to preserve the photos, documents, and materials in the existing archives.

The properties range from a Civil War-era home to a new residence built in 2024, as well as others including a stone English-style estate built by a prominent St. Louis architect in 1925, a Craftsman bungalow built in 1924, and a charming Dutch colonial representing the mid-century building boom after World War II.  A lovely garden featured on the tour was selected for the Missouri Botanical Garden Tour in 2024.  The houses and gardens will be open from 1-5 p.m. on June 7.  There is plenty of street parking available surrounding the houses and several homes are within an easy walk of each other.  More information, including the addresses of the properties, is available through the ticket/tour booklet.

The Glendale Grind will be open for ticket sales from 1-4 p.m. on June 7 and is offering a 20% discount on all food and beverage purchases to ticket holders.  In addition, ticket holders are eligible for a raffle drawing featuring prizes from local garden shops and restaurants.

Come visit with your neighbors and explore the homes and gardens that make Glendale such a special community!
